She was so patient and understanding in my actual assessment - and always very careful to warn me when asking about things that could be potentially triggering. She just made the whole process feel very easy and not scary at all when it definitely could have been. She'd also very clearly read and properly understood all of the information I had given her prior to the assessment. Post assessment she's been very prompt in answering all of my queries even when they're probably a little unnecessary.

Dr Rao was very friendly and understanding throughout my assessment, making it overall a much less daunting experience than I thought it would be. She listened to all I had to say whilst also keeping the conversation on track and relevant which can be difficult with me! It was clear she had taken the time to read and consider my previous documents and was very informative about my diagnosis which really put me at ease about my next steps. Overall Dr Rao has been really helpful and commutative and I would definitely recommend her.
